I have been involved in a number of leading cases particularly drivers' hours. I frequently myself represent operators at Public Inquiry. I also have direct access to specialist barristers and their input when needed.
I have practised in civil and criminal litigation all my working life, specialising in the road transport sector, goods and passenger, for much of that time. Working closely with operators at every level, close involvement with leading trade associations and holding a PCV operators licence myself, all give a unique insight into the diverse needs and concerns of this industry and those operating within it.
From preventative and compliance measures to crisis management and damage limitation when enforcement action is taken, I provide a practical and cost effective service to operators - whether of a single vehicle or large fleet.
Claims handling and accident management along with contract and other civil issues are all areas of expertise where I work to minimise your risk and maximise recovery.
Specialist consultancy and agency services are also provided to Solicitors, Transport Consultants and other professionals in all areas affecting road transport operation and licensing, including licensing procedures, public inquiries, drivers' hours/tachographs, prosecutions and compliance.
